- 1 sweet potato, (about 5" long) peeled and cut into 1/4" fries
- 2 tsp olive oil
- sea salt
- ground chili powder
- garlic powder
combine sweet potato in bowl drizzling with olive oil and spices until all slices are evenly covered. place on baking sheet and bake for 10min or until crispy. serve and eat. you can find other healthy and wonderful recipes at gina's website here
