treadmill


    

    Running on the treadmill can't get really old fast, hence the common term 'the dreaded tread.'  It is always good    
    to hop on with a plan and to always mix it up.  here is a great idea, for a quick SPRINT it out on the treadmill.  I  
    love it because i'm trying to get faster and this workout sure does help!

  • Treadmill Sprints: 5 Min warm up jog followed by 
  • 5 sprint sequences of 2 mins at 6.7,
  •  2 mins at 8.5, 1 minute recover at 4.0.  repeat this 4 times
  • 3 sets of 15 pull ups alternating with 20 deep squats
  • 3 sets of 15 DB squats with a curl, 40 mountain climbers, 1 minute plank

  1. The treadmill is something a lot of people take for granted including myself. 'The deaded tread' or 'dreadmill' was often overlooked until I move to a state that rains 5-6 days a week. The 'dreadmill' is now my haven and I learned to appreciate it.

    Treadmill can be exciting and your workout shows it. Try it once and you'll open a pandoras box. Do you mind if I print out your workout btw?

    My local store has treadmills and I would like your opinion on which one I should look at. Here is a list they suggested - livestrong treadmills
